Joyously Sweet

This was a project done for Joyously Sweet, a small family-owned sweets company operating out of Cincinnati, Ohio. I ran a content audit of 30+ recent, relevant posts from multiple active platforms, interviewed numerous social media followers, and presented my findings to the owner of the company for consideration.

Process

Content Audit

I ran a thorough content audit on around 30 posts from Joyously Sweet’s social media. I then coded these posts based on topic, content, likes, comments, platform, and more to conclude what works for this brand from a statistics perspective. Below, I have linked my findings for 15 of these posts.

Interviews

After running my coding process, I sent out a UX interview to multiple followers of Joyously Sweet from multiple platforms. I got eight responses from these interviews. the responses from these interviews, combined with an interview with the owner of Joyously Sweet guided my Content strategy for this company.
